Farm Fusion is a low-cost, multi-power agricultural machine designed to support small-scale farmers with Harvesting, Spraying, and Fertiliser Management using a single, modular platform.
About the Project
Small-scale farmers are decreasing by nearly 3–4% every year due to rising costs and low returns.
Farm Fusion combines soil prep, sowing, spraying, and harvesting into a single compact machine.
Eliminates the need for buying or renting multiple heavy machines for basic farming activities.
Our app helps farmers sell crops directly to customers, removing middlemen and increasing profit.
We plan to set up 2–3 village service centers for machine maintenance and farmer support.
Farmers get 6 months of Farm Fusion to build trust and encourage adoption.
Project Journey
Observed challenges faced by small farmers in accessing large, costly machinery for basic farm tasks.
Designed a compact machine with modular attachments and multi-power support to keep it practical and affordable.
Developed a working prototype with detachable tools, storage compartments, and adjustable spray pipes.
Iterated on the base frame, wheel rotation and tool mounting with feedback from mentors and vendors.
Recognition
Team Farm Fusion emerged as the Winner at the Karnataka State Level in the Science category, recognized for innovation and real-world impact in sustainable agriculture.
Winner of the Nain Ideothon 2.0 Conducted at BITM.
